Automation
What process automation really delivers, which processes fit, and how to start without big risks.
The price ranges on this page look wide on purpose, because the actual price depends heavily on your project and its scope. They're not estimates, they're based on our real projects and several years of experience.
- Far less than most people think, if you start with a single process instead of overhauling the whole company at once. As a rough guide, setup starts at around €6,000 with us for regular projects.
- On top of that comes a support package, either over 6 or 12 months, starting at around €500 a month. The goal is always to achieve savings in the five to six figure range. This support only starts once the process is fully set up and running reliably.
- In the end it always comes down to the same thing: cutting staff costs and other costs, reducing error rates, and working more efficiently. It has to pay off, otherwise we'd tell you honestly not to do it. Cases where a suitable automation doesn't pay off are rare in our experience.
- It's not company size that decides, it's repetition frequency: a process that repeats often eats up significant work time over a year and almost always pays off.
- It's the same idea as with the cost question: cutting staff costs, reducing error rates, and working more efficiently, until the investment pays for itself. That's exactly why a suitable automation rarely fails to be worth it.
- The classic entry point is standard tasks like invoice processing, customer inquiries, reporting, approvals, or routing emails by topic, usually exactly the process your team complains about the most.
- Modern technology makes far more automatable today than most people think, including things that were unthinkable just a few years ago. That's why it's worth looking at every process in the business, not just the obvious ones.
- To do that, we simply look at what processes you have and where things could run more efficiently within what scope. We only implement where the cost-benefit math genuinely works out, and we check that together with you beforehand.
- No, you need to know the process, not how to code. The technical implementation is entirely on us.
- You won't be left on your own: we support you with real guidance and service throughout the whole process. You don't need deep IT knowledge for that, that's exactly what we're here for.
- A single, well-chosen pilot process delivers visible results within a few weeks, not a months-long overhaul.
- How long the full build takes depends heavily on the size and number of processes involved. As a rough guide, expect anywhere from a few weeks up to two or three months, and a bit longer for especially large or complex cases.
- After the first success, automation can be expanded step by step, backed by the trust that first win created.
- Honestly and transparently: partly yes and partly no, it depends on what you're trying to achieve. If the goal is cutting staff costs or relieving inefficient workflows, automation does take over exactly those routine tasks.
- Even so, it still takes people to operate the system, keep an eye on it, and carry the responsibility. An AI itself never takes responsibility for what happens to your customers at the end of the day.
